The students in Year 3 experienced a wildlife adventure as we slept overnight in Taronga Zoo's Education Centre. We explored the zoo at night to the sounds of roars and grunts then spent the night sleeping on the classroom floor surrounded by lizards, snakes, pygmy possum and even a crocodile. We breakfasted with the animals and some students even tried the worms in the Nocturnal House. It was exciting to pat a seal, see an elephant bath, watch the bird and seal show and experience the other animals in the zoo.
